Said brings over 20 years of marketing experience to clients worldwide. Raised in North Africa, Europe and US, Said attended University of Maine at Machias where he earned a BS in Marketing. After working in corporate America for 10 years, Said saw a great need for brand marketing expertise in the Middle East and Asia and launched his consultancy there in 2000. Since, he has helped dozens of brands worldwide with his strategic and passionate approach to brand marketing. Said is the author of three marketing tomes, the latest of which is Brand Revolution, launched in 2012.
Dechay enjoys researching, listening, and filtering through the noise to unveil the key messages that tell each client’s story. She is an accomplished marketing professional with more than 15 years of experience helping businesses find their voice. She has worked with technology start-ups, consumer brands and global agencies such as General Motors Europe, Lancôme, and Saatchi & Saatchi. Dechay received her MBA from the University of West Florida and a BA in Public Relations from the University of Florida.

Debbie is always up on the latest cultural trends, news and social media innovations. With extensive experience in the CPG industry, she has worked for global brands including Laura Mercier Cosmetics, beauty.com, Good Housekeeping Magazine, Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy, Grey Advertising, Maybelline.com and KAO Brands Co. Debbie earned a BA in English from Seton Hall University.
